I have ordered several things of late and two of them came Saturday. Today, the biggest thing I was waiting for finally arrived, just in time for our trip to South Carolina. I purchased Keen's back in September of 2007, right before the mission trip to Brazil and the fabric around the top was tearing. I told the folks at REI and they said their policy is 100% satisfaction, 100% of the time and to bring them back. They gave me a full refund almost 18 months later!!! So then, I ordered these beauties from the web site. Yes, REI is more expensive, but customer service will bring me back to a business over low prices and being treated like dirt any day of the week.
So comfy, so ready for walking in Charleston. Please ignore the painful white legs and elastic marks from my socks!!!
