For some strange reason, I had a very hard time sleeping last night, so I was up at 6. I guess it was a good thing because I had a crop with my friends today and I had very little organized to bring. So I printed pictures and journaling boxes for a couple of hours. Then I worked out and cropped until about 3:30.
Off to the grocery and then home to help Chuck make Calzones for dinner. Usually when the girls are home, this is a most requested meal. It is a bit of work, but the end result is so worth it.
We prepare all of the filling ingredients and place them in separate bowls. Then the individual chooses what they want in their Calzone and they assemble it themselves.
The end result is pure deliciousness. When we have the time, we make the dough in the bread machine, but we have also found that frozen bread dough works well too.
There were 7 of us for dinner, followed by fresh strawberry pie and a movie. Just a great day!!!
