Chuck and I haven't gone out nor ordered in for Chinese food in ages. We have a decent Chinese restaurant just blocks from the house, "The Silk Mandarin" and we went there tonight for dinner prior to a meeting for church. I asked the lady if the chicken was deep fried and couldn't understand her answer. Yes, it was and it was delicious!
