Monday, July 6th, The worms crawl in, the worms crawl out...

We have had a stench in our house for a few days and it was getting worse. The worst odor was when we got to the bottom of the basement steps, so we figured there was a dead mouse behind the wall where my sewing table is.
Last night, we finally found it:
That's Chip....so badly decomposed that there were maggots and worms all over him. (one down, about 3,000 to go) If you look closely there is a worm having a feast in the bag. How gross!!! I burned candles for about 5 hours tonight. Thankfully, he wasn't in the house!!!
