I love to decorate our stoop with pumpkins every year, but the cost can be staggering for more than just one. At the apple orchard last week, they were .50/pound. Then I saw the Aldi ad and they were $1.99 each. You know how ads can be deceiving, but I really wanted them before our party on Saturday, so was willing to buy a bunch of little ones. I purchased 4 today and the largest is 28 pounds!!! Even if the others are 25 pounds, I got 4 pumpkins for $8.00, which would have cost me $50.00 at the Apple Orchard. I am in pumpkin heaven!!!
