It seems like when it rains, the gold finches go crazy for their seed. It has been raining for the past three days and our feeder is covered with finches. I counted 9 at one time. We just filled it on Sunday and by the time the sun went down tonight, it was completely empty. Well, I hope they enjoyed it because I am not buying more this season. It is $17.00/bag at WalMart. Fly away to warmer climates little friends!!
